PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Â
- Performs manual measurements and inspects/records results.  Alerts team on pipe defects. Â
- Mixes epoxy following procedures Â
- Maintains epoxy resin level in baths during production runs 
- Assembles fiberglass packs in preparation for loading winder machines Â
- Set up line, load/unload fiberglass packs and resin baths Â
- Prepare winders at the beginning of each run by stringing fiberglass tows Â
- Fixes broken yarns and monitors pipe quality Â
- Removed oven film and shrink tape from the pipe at the end of the oven Â
- Prepares ovens at the beginning of each run Â
- Coordinate the setup of new jobs and ensure that a run checklist is completed at the start of each production run Â
- Ensure completion of all paperwork at the run’s completion Â
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored Â
- Communicates mechanical and electrical problems to the maintenance department Â
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Â
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Â
- Utilize safe work habits Â
- Wear appropriate PPE Â
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures Â
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Â
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures Â
- Other duties as assigned Â

JOB REQUIREMENTS Â
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers  Â
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required Â
- Standing up to 12 hours daily  Â
- Walking up to 12 hours daily  Â
- Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily  Â
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily
- Lifting weights to 50 lbs. Regularly  Â
- Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily Â
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
- Ability to understand, speak, and read work instructions, and safety notices in EnglishÂ
