Strong communication and organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  Section 42 (LIHTC) experience preferred; HUD experience is a plus.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.  Why Omega Management Group? Review resident files and maintain accurate documentation. Partner with residential associates and property teams to ensure compliance success. Provide guidance, support, and excellent customer service. Assist with reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
