Whether it’s keeping the lawns trimmed, flowerbeds vibrant, or walkways safe, you understand that your work helps create a beautiful and welcoming environment for all. What You’ll Do: Maintain turf, shrubs, flower beds, and trees through mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Keep sidewalks, courtyards, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris Assist with seasonal tasks including snow/ice removal and leaf cleanup Apply herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers as directed Maintain and support irrigation systems Assist with grounds-related work orders, outdoor event setup, and other special projects Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or damaged equipment What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping tools Must be organized, reliable, and safety-focused Valid Kansas driver’s license required At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community.
