Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to support the design and operational efficiency of new health club facilities build-outs. This role will work with our Architects in designing our new clubs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of hands-on engineering expertise and project management capability, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and multidisciplinary design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Systems Oversight
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Design, review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across club facilities.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Develop engineering standards for new club construction, remodels, and system upgrades.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Evaluate facility infrastructure to improve energy efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle performance.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and provide technical guidance to facility teams.
Capital Projects & Renovations
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Support the planning and execution of new club builds, expansions, and major renovations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Review contractor drawings, engineering plans, and equipment specifications.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders during construction projects.
Facility Operations Support
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Provide technical support to maintenance teams across all locations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Develop preventative maintenance strategies for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Identify opportunities for cost savings through system upgrades, controls optimization, and energy management.
Compliance & Safety
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Support inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements related to building systems.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain documentation for engineering standards, system specifications, and operational procedures.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Evaluate and manage relationships with engineering consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.
Assist with RFP development, vendor selection, and contract review for engineering projects.
Qualifications

Education
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽 5+ years of experience working with commercial building MEP systems.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Experience supporting multi-site facilities, hospitality, retail, or fitness facilities preferred.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Experience managing construction or renovation projects.
Technical Skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing infrastructure, and building automation systems.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to review engineering drawings and specifications.
Certifications (Preferred)
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Professional Engineer (PE) license or working toward licensure.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credential is a plus.
Other Requirements
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong communication and project management skills.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to collaborate with executives, operations teams, and contractors.
