You enjoy coordinating moving logistics, working across departments, and creating welcoming experiences that make new residents feel at home from day one. A Day in the Life: • Coordinate all aspects of resident move-ins, internal transfers, and move-outs throughout the community • Deliver a white-glove moving experience by assisting with downsizing, coordinating logistics, and supporting move-day planning • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and internal departments to ensure smooth transitions • Maintain detailed schedules and communication logs to keep departments aligned on moving timelines • Coordinate partner referrals for moving services, donations, and relocation assistance • Conduct final apartment walk-throughs to confirm readiness and quality standards • Ensure apartments are prepared for new residents including utilities, technology access, and safety systems • Welcome new residents on move-in day and coordinate keys, parking, and building access • Introduce residents to staff members, community resources, and service processes • Support resident engagement during the first 90 days through regular check-ins and connection to community programming • Assist with marketing activities including tours, events, and outreach initiatives • Support CRM updates, reporting, and administrative tasks for the marketing department Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED required • Valid Kansas Driver’s License required • Experience in senior living, hospitality, relocation services, logistics coordination, or customer service preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Empathy and understanding of the challenges residents may face during life transitions At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community.
