Provider Service Representative – Entry-Level (High School Graduate)  This is an Onsite PositionÂ
Position Summary:Â
The Provider Relations Specialist serves as a key point of contact between healthcare providers and ProviDRs Care. This role ensures providers receive timely support, information, and assistance with administrative and operational processes. It’s ideal for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills, even without a college degree.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Provider Communication:Â
Respond to phone calls and emails from providers regarding claims, billing, authorizations, and general inquiries.Â
Issue Resolution:Â
Assist in resolving provider concerns by collaborating with internal departments such as Claims, Member Services, and Credentialing.Â
Data Entry & Records Management:Â
Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems, including contact information, contract status, and documentation.Â
Support Provider Onboarding:Â
Help onboard new providers by collecting forms and documents, and guiding them through ProviDRs Care procedures.Â
Training & Materials Distribution:Â
Distribute educational materials and updates about system changes or policy updates to providers.Â
Compliance & Documentation:Â
Ensure all provider interactions and updates are documented accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.Â
Qualifications:Â
Education:Â
High School Diploma or GEDÂ required.Â
Preferred Experience:Â
1–2 years of customer service, healthcare administration, medical office, or insurance experience (but not always required).Â
Skills & Abilities:Â
Excellent communication and listening skills.Â
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Â
Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).Â
Ability to learn healthcare terminology and claims systems on the job.Â
Team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare industry.Â
Work Environment:Â
Full-time, standard weekday hours.Â

Occasional local travel for provider meetings or training sessions may be required.Â
