This is a phone-free position — all communication is done through text-based chat. Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and client inquiries through live chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about ADF Medical services and products
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general questions
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions
- Update patient records and document chat interactions accurately
- Meet daily chat volume and customer satisfaction targets
