This is a phone-free position — all communication is done through text-based chat. Responsibilities

Respond to patient and client inquiries through live chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about ADF Medical services and products
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general questions
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions
Update patient records and document chat interactions accurately
Meet daily chat volume and customer satisfaction targets
