We are seeking a highly experienced, professional Craftsman to join our team. This is not an entry-level handyman role. Our technicians are trusted experts who deliver high-quality work across multiple trades while providing an exceptional customer experience.
If you take pride in doing the job right the first time, can confidently work independently, and have a strong background across residential service work—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, and general home maintenance
- Complete jobs independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain scope, solutions, and recommendations
- Execute installations (doors, windows, trim, fixtures, cabinetry, etc.) with professional-level finish quality
- Identify additional repair opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate job notes, materials tracking, and documentation
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and local building codes
- Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure clear communication, accurate scheduling, and seamless project execution
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial trades
- Strong skill set in carpentry, drywall repair, and basic plumbing/electrical
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems without supervision
- Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
- Experience working in customer-facing service environments (not just new construction)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Have less than 7–10 years of trade experience
- Need daily direction or supervision to complete jobs
- Prefer new construction over repair/service work
