What You Will Do in This Role:

Oversee and maintain advertising efforts for used equipment, ensuring accurate and appealing representation.
Handle Cat Used Listings and all syndicated advertising, ensuring maximum exposure.
Collaborate with equipment inspectors to present equipment accurately, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Sales Team to develop strategies that increase market share and improve customer experiences.
Provide essential support to the used equipment sales force.
Identify key equipment markets and devise targeted advertising strategies.
Participate in and support the development of the Used Equipment marketing plan and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with parts, service, yard, and rental departments to ensure comprehensive support for used equipment.
Assist in the evaluation process of used equipment, including trade values, inventory reprices, and consignment evaluations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and use company software.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with managers, employees, and customers.
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
Thorough understanding of warranty administration, insurance, and familiarity with the equipment market and industry needs.

What Will Put You Ahead:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or advertising, particularly within the equipment industry.
