Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure all rooms are tidy, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Collect, sort, and wash laundry items, including linens, towels, and guest clothing
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment safety procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
