Job Overview
The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for performing a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition
Coordinates and monitors maintenance schedules to assure tasks are performed in a timely manner
Performs lead functions as assigned by appropriate administrator
Writes reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
Arrange for disposal of hazardous waste and chemicals
Tracks supplies inventory, equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
Reports employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
Performs duties of employees within the program assigned
Trains employees in various maintenance tasks
Sets up for various site events
Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with SBM policies and applicable laws
Provides directions and assigns tasks to various staff
Assist with training to employees
Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
Reports personnel issues, concerns, and recognition to supervisor
Corrects at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:
High School Diploma / GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
 May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation and Shift:
Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
