Your Sales Coordinator duties and responsibilities are as follows: Position Summary |
This temporary, part-time position supports sales efforts at designated communities to drive tours and referrals utilizing the sales CRM software and other existing web-based sales and marketing resources. |
Essential Functions |
Sales |
- Utilize technology solutions to respond to sales inquiries at designated properties in a timely manner.
- Drive on-site tours by developing existing leads and coordinating with on-site teams.
- Track and report all lead cultivation and sales activity utilizing the sales CRM.

Marketing |
- Utilize new and existing marketing collateral to maintain existing relationships with referral sources through email, video and CRM text options.
- Support event promotion efforts of the on-site teams utilizing web-based resources.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Some college coursework in business or related discipline, or a combination of education and sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience with sales CRM software
- Experience with phone sales
- Experience in senior living
|
Physical Working Requirements |
- Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Able to work predetermined schedule during regular business hours at the home office.
- Team Member is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
