What You’ll Do
  • Take direction from the foreman and complete assigned daily tasks.
  • Use tools such as hammers, levels, squares, circular saws, and impact drills.
  • Read and follow basic blueprints.
  • Fabricate and alter parts at job sites using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
  • Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
  • Secure metal panels, connect steel mainframes and columns, and install siding and roofing.
  • Operate mobile elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).
  • Cut insulation, frame doors and windows, and install fiberglass building insulation.
  • Prepare and position materials for installation.
  • Keep job sites clean and safe through debris control and organized work areas.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
 What You Bring
  • Structural construction background (wood framing, steel, post and beam, etc.).
  • Ability to lift/carry 75+ lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and trades.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
 Work Environment & Schedule
  • Outdoor work in varying conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
  • Exposure to dust, dirt, and hazardous materials.
  • Work at elevated heights and in aerial lifts.
  • Hours vary by season; some travel may be required.
