Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler. This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily production and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently
  • Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Follow all safety rules, traffic patterns, and PPE requirements
  • Assist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organization
  • Maintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, utilizing scanners and other technology to ensure accurate tracking of materials

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience operating forklift, inventory, material handling strongly preferred
  • Ability to read operational and quality specifications  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support

Work Environment

A Material Handler in a manufacturing plant works in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment surrounded by machinery, production lines, and constant activity. The setting is structured and safety‑focused, requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and consistent adherence to procedures.  Some areas require hearing protection due to noise levels, and some areas lack heating or air conditioning, so temperatures can vary throughout the day.
