Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Repair Technician to help with repairs, prep work, and general property improvement projects.

This role may include drywall work, siding repairs, trim repairs, wood rot replacement, painting prep, and general handyman work.

You do not need to be a master carpenter, but you do need to:
• Follow directions
• Take pride in clean work
• Be dependable

What You’ll Do

• Drywall installation
• Drywall finishing
• Siding repair
• Trim repair
• Wood rot replacement
• Painting prep work
• General repair work
• Use basic tools and construction skills daily

Jobsite Responsibilities

• Keep jobsites clean and organized
• Work safely on ladders and lifts
• Communicate with crew leaders and superintendents
• Follow company systems and processes

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday

Pay

• Based on experience and skill level
• Pay Range: $18-$34
