We might be a perfect fit for you! Position Summary: Treat patients with auricular and full body acupuncture while maintaining highest standard and level of quality care. Essential Job Functions: Provide Auricular and full body acupuncture to patients across all Meadows facilities. Document patient sessions and keep written log of all patient sessions. Prepare for sessions and maintain clean workspace after each session, charting, proper disposal of sharps, accounting for all needles Supervise and assess certified staff, who are currently performing auricular acupuncture with patients. Provide written documentation to Human Resources for file. Hold bi-annual compliance meetings to ensure everyone certified to provide acupuncture is compliant with facility and state requirements. QualificationsEducation and Experience: Master’s degree in a related field required, preferably a master's is in Oriental Medicine /Acupuncture, which is a four-year, full time, fully accredited and nationally recognized program. Licensed Acupuncturist Minimum 2-5 years’ experience providing either individual and/or group Auricular and Full Body Acupuncture Services. Preferably working with individuals suffering from addiction and or trauma related symptoms. Additionally, individual must maintain and honor healthy and respectful physical and verbal boundaries while constantly holding patients in unconditional positive regard.
