We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to work at Rosewood Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ. 

This is a FT position with on-sie care Monday-Friday with flexibility.

• Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations and weekly follow-up sessions to include psychotropic medication management.
• Maintain current and proper progress notes.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed and provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.
• Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility.
• Answer urgent questions from team when not on-site and/or after hours. 
• Average census of 20 clients to see 1-2 times/week.
• Provide Psychiatric Assessments and follow-up medication management visits, participate in treatment team meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, conduct insurance peer to peer reviews as needed. 

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program. 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in General/Adult Psychiatry at minimum; Completion of Child/Adolescent Fellowship preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Medical License (or license-eligible).
• Comfort working in both outpatient and inpatient settings is very helpful.
• Must hold BLS/CPR prior to starting work; we can arrange training if needed.
