Schedule

  • Full-Time – 32 Hours Per Week
  • Monday:  2:00PM-10:30PM
  • Wednesday: 2:00PM-10:30PM
  • Thursday: 2:00PM-10:30PM
  • Every Other Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 2:00PM-10:30PM
  • Holiday rotation

Your Role

As the Evening LPN Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift.
  • Administering medications and treatments.
  • Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition.
  • Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
  • Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations.

  • Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
