Build a Career, Not Just Get a Job

Our four-year Fire Sprinkler Apprenticeship Program is fully funded by Wiginton Fire Systems and combines hands-on field experience with structured training designed to develop the next generation of fire protection professionals.

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced fire sprinkler professionals while learning how to install, service, maintain, and inspect fire sprinkler systems.

What you can expect:

Fully funded four-year apprenticeship program

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements
Be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening
Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Be comfortable working at heights and using ladders and lifts
Have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Be willing to learn a skilled trade and commit to the apprenticeship program

Previous construction, mechanical, plumbing, maintenance, military, or skilled-trade experience is a plus, but it is not required.
