Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness, PLLC is a growing, multidisciplinary private practice serving clients across North Carolina, with office locations in Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, and Greenville.
Our team includes nearly 30 providers across a variety of disciplines, including LCSWs, LCASs, LMFTs, LCMHCs, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatric physician assistants, a music therapist, and a life coach. We provide comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

We are currently seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist with an interest or specialty in Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy to join our team.
We continue to receive requests from clients specifically seeking a therapist who can thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith, values, and spirituality into the therapeutic process when desired by the client.
The ideal clinician will be comfortable providing evidence-based mental health treatment while also integrating a client's Christian beliefs and spiritual values into treatment in a clinically appropriate, client-centered way.

You make your own schedule. We provide the infrastructure, referrals, and administrative support so you can focus on your clients.
We currently have opportunities for clinicians interested in working from our Apex, Cary, or Fuquay-Varina offices. There is significant demand for in-person services, although this can be a hybrid position with a combination of in-office and telehealth appointments.

Who We're Looking For
We would especially love to speak with a clinician who:
- Is fully licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC
- Has experience, training, or a strong clinical interest in Christian counseling or faith-integrated psychotherapy
- Can appropriately incorporate Christian beliefs and spirituality into treatment when requested by the client
- Values evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered care
- Is interested in developing a consistent caseload of approximately 20+ sessions per week
- Is willing to provide some in-person availability in Apex, Cary, or Fuquay-Varina
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative practice while maintaining professional independence
Experience working with couples, families, children, or adolescents is also highly valued due to continued demand in these areas.
Compensation & Contractor Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and does not include traditional employee benefits. Clinicians receive significant autonomy over their schedules and caseloads while earning a competitive percentage of collected insurance and private-pay revenue.
Depending on insurance and payer mix, clinicians can expect to average approximately $65–$117 per 55-minute session.
We regularly review reimbursement and caseload trends with our providers and work together to identify opportunities to maximize earning potential without sacrificing work/life balance.
