Dining Bookkeeper

Pay:  -  Pay varies by location

Summary: A Dining Bookkeeper with American Dining Creations will handle various office tasks and duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies
• Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties
• Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred
• Excellent analytical, oral and written skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time sensitive environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs
