Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for the facilitation of the closing process for real estate transactions while maintaining a positive and customer focused environment. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Full Time, On Site Position

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review transaction documents by ordering title reports, gathering existing documentation, completing forms and statements, and obtaining payoffs and tax information.
  • Work closely with Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Buyers, Sellers, and other affiliated parties and provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete real estate escrow transactions.
  • Complete closings by recording and filing documents, distributing final closing statements and clearing titles.
  • Monitor scheduled closing dates and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Manage files from inception through post-closing and issuance of title policies.
  • Attend closings.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A good understanding of real estate closing procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
