Through research, development and implementation, this individual is responsible for attracting a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role must be self-starting and motivated to make progress on efforts with limited supervision or direction as well as possess the ability to prioritize tasks, organize and implement large projects. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with recruiting team to manage employee sourcing and interviewing.
  • Operate and optimize the ADP Recruitment module.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify detailed and accurate hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates for hiring managers to review.
  • Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Manage the interview process, attend, and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders when needed.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process.
  • Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details of the recruitment process.
  • Track applications and communicate with Leadership on further recruitment investments, if needed.
  • Complete reference checks as requested.
  • Be driven, think strategically, and initiate early in search of highly qualified candidates for all positions.
  • Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost-effective, high-quality services are provided to hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage/participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS), or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related professional experience in the Human Resources or Recruitment function preferred.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Flexibility, empathy, and sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of internal management and staff.
  • Must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
