POSITION PURPOSE

Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for one or more physician office sites. Establishes work

procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. Supervises medical, nursing and clerical staff

to ensure quality patient care. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a

variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports

to top management.

This person will be overseeing our cardiology / orthopedic offices

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Associate’s Degree in Health Care or Business Administration preferred.

May consider experience in practice management and board certification in lieu of education.

Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes

Two to Three years of management experience in a large primary care provider practice network and the demonstrated

ability to manage multiple physician practice locations. Experience working in a hospital system environment is preferred.

Working knowledge of and experience with physician practice systems. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
