Interns at BCJ can expect the following: Real-world learning experiences working with BCJ design teams on projects for visionary clients. We offer a wide range of learning opportunities across project sectors ranging from commercial, higher education, mixed use, civic, nonprofit, custom residential, and K-12. You will be paired with a studio mentor who will oversee your experience working on projects and firmwide initiatives. Opportunities and support for research initiatives both established firm-wide initiatives that are of interest as well as personal research projects Access to study materials and resources for AIA credits, AXP hours, and ARE testing. Opportunities to collaborate with MarComm staff in the development of interview materials, award submissions, and design pre-think materials to gain an understanding of the procurement process. Opportunities to engage in practice educational and cultural activities such as Return to Office research; design and process charettes; Social Justice Reading Group; Design Practice Group, Design Technology Group; Sustainability Group, and Product Research.
