Building Blocks Learning Center partners with local school districts to provide high-quality Before and After School Enrichment Programs that support students' academic and social development.


We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic Teachers to join our team! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in children's lives outside of regular school hours.

As a Before and After School Teacher, you’ll be responsible for the safety, well-being, education, and supervision of each student in your care. When you join our team as an Enrichment Program Teacher you will:

  • Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind
  • Create weekly lesson plans using our innovative curriculum
  • Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or Related Field (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with children
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment
