Verdantas is seeking both Staff Engineers and interns for 2026! This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or emerging professionals ready to transition from academic learning to impactful, real-world engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare or assist with preparation of health and safety plans, and implement health and safety plans, including client-specific requirements and documentation such as forms, job safety analysis (JSAs), etc

• Collect and help interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations and measurements, field testing, and other methods

• Assist in preparing detailed plans and technical specifications

• Perform computations and process data using computer software or other established methods

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for design implementation

• Perform other engineering-related tasks for projects (i.e., designs, drawings, site inspections, etc.) under the supervision of senior engineers

What You Bring:

• Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Familiarity with Excel and AutoCAD

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Interest in environmental and infrastructure projects

• Willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $70,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
