Summary
This position provides administrative support to Wellspring Advisor Group. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Administrative Assistant reports to and is employed by Nick Rasmussen of Wellspring Advisor Group.This full-time role is fully in-office out of Willernie, MN
Hours: 8a – 4pm; Monday - Friday
Compensation: $22 to $24/hr. depending upon experience.
Benefits: 15 days of personal paid time off plus 10 national paid holidays. Retirement plan available with employer match - 3%. Health insurance options can be discussed.

Job Description
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Support the lead advisor with variety of functions and tasksÂ
- Interfaces with clients extensively to coordinate meetings, mailings, and other communications.Â
- Answer and triage all incoming calls and messages appropriatelyÂ
- Maintain client correspondence including mailing lists, card lists, compliance and marketing mailingsÂ
- Document client meetings and prefill applications, paying careful attention to detail and accuracyÂ
- Maintain adequate office supplies and professional appearance of the office areasÂ
- Maintain the Lead advisor’s calendarÂ
- Update CRM systems as needed and maintain physical or electronic file systemsÂ
- Input checks received into the blotter and on client posting sheetsÂ
- Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assignedÂ
Position QualificationsÂ
- Previous administrative/secretarial experience desiredÂ
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learnÂ
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsÂ
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationÂ
- Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent FinancialÂ
