Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify vehicle issues.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Replace worn or damaged vehicle parts as needed.
  • Order and manage inventory of replacement parts to maintain shop efficiency.
  • Assist with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the repair shop.
  • Follow safety procedures and industry standards while performing repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and replacement parts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for parts ordering and repair documentation.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and work on vehicles as needed.
