Machine Packers - Hiring Now Cenveo | Williamsburg, PA Pay & Schedule * $17.40/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). * 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am. * Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season. * Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. ** Opportunity to be promoted to a Machine Adjuster position if adequate mechanical skills are demonstrated after 90 days with the possibility to earn up to $23.83/hr if successful progress is being made based on the requirements for the position. Primary Duties * Loads paper on to automatic hand-fed/web envelope folding machines; pack finished product. * Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel. * Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements. * May be required to complete rework * Cleans up work area during/end of shift. * Other duties as assigned/required. Job Requirements * The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent. * * 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment. * Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler. * Basic math, verbal/written communication, computer skills * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable * Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role Physical Requirements * Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and reaching * Lift up to 55 lbs; manual dexterity required * Work around noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and glue * Ability to work in hot or cold conditions and stay alert around equipment * Able to keep pace with high speed production for a full shift CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
