Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is seeking a competent individual for their hotel front desk team, offering a salary with additional shift premiums of $2.00 per hour for shifts between 6 PM and 6 AM on weekdays, and $3.00 per hour for all shifts on weekends.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Prior customer service experience is required, along with preferred experience in front desk or reservations roles.
The position involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling cashier duties, and providing continuous customer service.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our hotel front desk team. Responsible for assisting guests with check in and check out, handles guest concerns and provides continuous customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer guest check-in and check-out making sure all procedures are followed
Handle cashier duties and reconcile cash and credit card transactions on the shift
Answer phones and make reservations as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Prior front desk or reservations experience is preferred. Prior customer service experience is required.
