Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon
Healthcare United is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with a subspecialty interest and experience in trauma, total joints/hand to join a fully established practice with a high volume patient base. The practice provides care for patients referred from 70+ primary care physicians and the Hospital’s emergency and trauma departments. The ideal candidate must have an MD or equivalent, be BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery, and can obtain an unrestricted PA license.
Opportunity Details
- Join a full-service practice with 6 orthopedic surgeons, 8 Physician Assistants, and a non-surgical sports medicine physician
- Clinical Academic appointment
- Current orthopaedic surgeons include a trauma/fracture surgeon, a foot and ankle surgeon, a sports medicine surgeon, a hand and upper extremity surgeon, a total joints specialist and a podiatrist.
- Trauma call 1:5
- Practice call 1:5
- Team physicians for local Division 1 University
- In-office imaging and PACS/EMR system
- Newly constructed 90,000 sq ft medical office complex
Requirements
- MD or equivalent
- BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
- Subspecialty interest and experience in trauma, total joints/hand (preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license
