Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Production Lead to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Leaddaily production, kitting, and staging operations in support of warehouse and EXMEDS mission requirements. 
  • Ensure all production requirements specified in the PWS and applicable DoD, U.S. Navy, and NMRLC instructions are fully met. 
  • Oversee Pick, Pack, Preserve, and Crate (PPP&C) operations for EXMEDS and other deployable kit requirements. 
  • Pack and repack a variety of itemsutilizingstandard packing materials, preservation methods, and crating techniques. 
  • Support receiving operations, including receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments. 
  • Verify accompanying documentation against containers, packing labels, and automated system records. 
  • Report overages, shortages, damaged shipments, and discrepanciesin accordance withestablished procedures. 
  • Remove dunnage and packing materials and ensure proper segregation of material by type, to include equipment, consumables, narcotics, pilferable items, hazardous materials, and other specialized stock. 
  • Generate labels, routing instructions, and staging documentation in automated systems. 
  • Coordinate movement of material to staging and stowage locations to support production throughput. 
  • Manage,maintain, alter, and reconfigure kits and kit assemblies in support of operational requirements. 
  • Utilize kits and parts from existing kits to create new kit configurations, including cross-functional kit builds as directed. 
  • Repair and restore tool kits, kit assemblies, and EXMEDS kits tomaintainReady for Issue (RFI) status. 
  • Support maintenance and accountability of Expeditionary Tool Kits and TMDE material. 
  • Identifyand resolve discrepancies in kit contents, labeling, database records, and containerization requirements. 
  • Ensure production documentation, labeling, and inventory system updates areaccurateand complete. 
  • Support shipment preparation andpallet/containerbuild-up for material transportation operations. 
  • Operate material handling equipment asrequired.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Experience

  • HighSchool Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Experience leading staff and execution of material production (kitting) operations, including pull, kitting, labeling, database updates, discrepancy resolution, and containerization of material. 
  • Experience supporting receiving, staging, and production throughput in a warehouse orlogisticsenvironment. 
  • Experience with PPP&C and deployable kit operationsstronglypreferred. 
  • Knowledge of shipping containers and pallet loading requirements, including propermarkingand securing of material. 
  • Experiencemaintainingkits and assemblies in Ready for Issue (RFI) status.

Additional Requirements

  • Mustbe able tooperatevarious typesof material handling equipment. 
  • A valid driver’s license to drive stand-up and 4–6K forklifts. 
  • Ability to lift, move, and stage warehouse materialasrequired. 
  • Experience working in automatedwarehouse/inventorysystems preferred.

Clearance

  • Must be a United StatesCitizen
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
