As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet guests and staff with outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations and/or concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, corridors, guest areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, medical situations, lost and found reports, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with badge, key, and visitor control processes as directed by site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations promptly to site leadership and/or emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
