Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform night audit functions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software and hotel management systems is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions
