Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Riverside Internal Medicine Williamsburg, located in the Medical Office Building at Riverside Doctors' Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Riverside Internal Medicine Williamsburg – Medical Office Building at Riverside Doctors' Hospital
Employment Type: Full-Time
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to adult patients, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and holistic health education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Participate in community health initiatives
Primary Care Services Include
- Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Annual wellness visits and physical exams
- Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and weight
- Age-appropriate vaccines and immunizations
- Well-woman exams, including birth control counseling

Qualifications
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Licensure & Certification:
- Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration
