Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to maintain, repair, and install production machinery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $28.41/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).
• 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.
• Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.
• Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.

Primary Duties

• Repair, maintain, and install production equipment using prints and technical plans
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs, part replacements, and equipment rebuilds
• Operate machine‑shop tools (mills, lathes, welding equipment)
• Perform and document preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems (up to 480V)
• Follow all safety procedures and complete other assigned duties

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4--5 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Solid troubleshooting skills; able to perform detailed mechanical work accurately
• Basic math and communication skills; willingness to work overtime

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75--100 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
