We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Williamsport, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support.

- Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
- No routine weekends
- Minimal call – approximately 1–2 overnight shifts per month
- In-house nocturnist team handles the majority of overnight needs

Provide high-quality primary and chronic care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families.
Qualifications
- MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
