Job DetailsJob Location: ASSA ABLOY Fenestration Williamsport - Williamsport, MD 21795Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 2 Year DegreeSalary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Supply ChainPosition Summary Under the direction of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible to lead all aspects of inventory count and transactional accuracy in the Williamsport facility.    Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities Manage formalized Cycle Count process Manage Scrap Request process Manage Reporting process for Cycle Count and Scrap Request results Work with ABC analysis to identify and perform, or assign, cycle counts daily Responsible that the right number of counts are completed in daily, weekly, and monthly cycles Follow approval process for Inventory Adjustments and Scrap Requests Research to identify root cause of required adjustments Work cross-functionally to correct transactions and/or procedures Retrain functions based on results or findings from root cause analysis All other duties as Management requires QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Three to five years of cycle counting, and, warehouse or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.   Educational & Certification An Associate’s Degree is preferred.  APICS certification a plus.   Software Skills Strong ERP/MRP systems experience Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
