Basic Qualifications

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the mortgage loan operations function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; review closed loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements, verify signed and executed closing documents, including notes, mortgage/dees of trust, and closing disclosures
