We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and staff. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude High school diploma or GED preferred Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare, residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus Must successfully complete a pre-hire drug screening, criminal history record check and TB screening
