Job Overview

R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning professional landscape firm that builds and maintains ultra high-end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Berkshires, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas. Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession.

Our Berkshires Division is growing and we are seeking a Mason Crew Lead to join our team!

Qualifications:

Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience
Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
Crew leaders must have ability to read plans
Ability to lead and mentor crew members
Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
Reliability a must

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs
