Position Summary


Fall 2026 internship providing a unique view of the administration of a major international arts institution. The Director鈥檚 Office interns will work closely with the Director of the museum and the Director鈥檚 Office support staff. Rodgers internships at the Clark present an opportunity for professional self-discovery and exploration of how individual interests and strengths align with institutional work in the arts. This internship is 8 hours per week for approximately 13 weeks.


Rodgers internships are for current students at Williams College and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).


Hourly Rate: $18.00


Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)


路 Work on a variety of projects and assignments within the Director鈥檚 Office and collaborate on additional projects with other departments.

路 Assist VIP guests and create summary worksheets on information regarding VIP visits, constituent contact information, and other material.

路 Research material or images for reports, presentations or lectures.

路 Obtain details regarding international events/conferences

路 Research domestic and international museum/organization/instates to obtain various information regarding events or staff.

路 Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information regarding patrons, donors, trustees and staff.

路 Regularly interact with Clark employees, visitors, and patrons.

路 Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Education, Training, and Skills

路 Applicants must be college students at Williams College or Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).

路 Extreme discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required.


Work Experience

路 Entry level position.

路 Some undergraduate experience in the arts preferred.
