Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end implementation and fulfillment of Treasury Management (TM) Services utilizing various systems. Work closely with clients and business partners as required. Client facing role. Â
Primary Responsibilities:
Ownership of TM Service request set ups received from TM Sales representatives and/or clients. Â
• Proficiency in TM Implementation and TM Fulfillment processes and procedures.Â
• Receive information from Treasury Management Sales. Conduct research for requests and respond to internal business partners, as needed.Â
• Ensure accuracy of Treasury Management service setup. Â
• Prepare, distribute, validate, and collect legal agreements and client signatures.Â
• Monitor own TM Now work queue and assigned orders to avoid stalled or inactive requests. Â
• Ability to independently research and resolve issues regarding implementation and fulfillment, escalate issues as appropriate. Â
• Attend regularly scheduled departmental training calls to maintain current knowledge of procedures, regulatory updates, and Treasury Management services. Assist other staff members with understanding what has been communicated.Â
• Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments and bring to resolutions within established service level agreements.Â
• Ability to utilize bank systems effectively to process and track set ups accurately.Â
• Must provide exceptional support to all customers, both internal and external.Â
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments in the Bank and work as a team player to create a positive team environment.Â
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of products, services, applications, policies, and procedures.Â
• Professional and clear written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail are necessary to deliver high quality service, while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Â
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Â
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Â
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Â
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Associates Degree
2 years Treasury Management/Merchant customer service experience.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degreeÂ
Self-motivated, well-organized individual.Â
Strong interpersonal skills necessary for business partner relationships within and outside organization.Â
Ability to work in a team environment.Â
Ability to work in multiple system applications.Â
