Coordinator of Vocational & Employment Services (VES)

Williamsville, NY / $60-$64k annually (based on experience)

The Arc Erie County NY is looking for a hands-on leader who’s ready to take ownership of employment programs, lead a strong team and drive real results in the community.

Your Impact

• Lead multiple employment programs across ACCES-VR & OPWDD
• Supervise and elevate a team of managers
• Fix problems, streamline billing, and keep operations moving
• Build new programs and expand services across WNY
• Be visible in the community and represent The Arc’s mission

Your Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Human Services or related field
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong initiative and ability to take ownership quickly
• Experience with employment programs, ACCES-VR, or OPWDD preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
