Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote 
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $90K to $110K (based on experience)

What You'll Do: 

• Drive innovation in construction project management 
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of construction professionals 
• Orchestrate multiple projects with budgets and timelines 
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships 
• Shape our project delivery strategy 
• Contribute to business growth through strategic input 

• 10+ years of construction project management expertise 
• Proven leadership experience (3+ years minimum) 
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields 
• Track record of successful large-scale project delivery 
• Strong technical knowledge and software proficiency 
• PMP certification (preferred) 
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
