Vocational and Employment Service Manager

Williamsville, NY

Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)

$25.00 - $26.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor Career Coaches
• Monitors service activities to ensure quality, continuity and comprehensiveness
• Reviews assessments, assignments and terminations of individuals including staff action plans consistent with the individuals’ needs
• Communicates with funding sources, school district staff, employers and individuals circle of support
• Step in to provide direct support when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional who:

• Thrives supervising and developing staff
• Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments
• Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented
• Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support
• Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience
• Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
