Our dedicated staff provides a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School Based Health Centers. Our Community - Generations Family Health Center: https://genhealth.org/our-community/ Staff Physician Role: Provide comprehensive primary care, from physical exams to patient education and continuity of care. QualificationsQualifications: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution Board certification or board eligible Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses Compensation: Base salary starting at $225,000+ (compensatory salary based on experience) Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment) Exceptional Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer contributions Five weeks paid time off Nine paid holidays Option for four-day work week 32 hours CME time annually with $1,500 in CME funds and $1,000 in professional development funds 1:1 Medical Assistant/Physician, 1:2 RN/Physician ratios RNs perform education visits, triage, and in-box refill support Clinical faculty appointment and medical student teaching opportunities Minimal on-call with stipend Malpractice coverage provided Loan repayment eligibility through HRSA Relocation assistance for applicable candidates Employee Assistance Program Visa sponsorship – Transfer of an existing H-1B visa for applicable candidates Ready to Make a Difference?
