CHI St. Alexius Health Williston proudly provides primary care, specialty care, family medicine, 3D mammography, orthopedics, neurology, and several other health services to our Williston community.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

  • Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care, by assisting with patient exams and multiple clinic procedures, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy
  • Provides patient and family education
  • Assists with patient transports and transfers
  • Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, and transcribe provider’s orders
  • Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms

We are offering a $10,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Required

  • Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
