Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
• Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Provides patient and family education

We are offering a $20,000 Incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility  requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

• Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months

Preferred

• Medical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience
